Breakfasts Plate Smoothies

Green monster with pear for a good day!

Today in the morning I had a green colour match: green outfit with the green monster ;)A quick, easy and very healthy green cocktail recipe for you! You can prepare it in the morning in 5 minutes, so you can’t have an excuse for a “non healthy” breakfast. With such cocktail you can replace your usual breakfast. If I prepare bigger amount, I don’t need to eat anything else until “second breakfast” at work, as it is quite filling.  You can also take it with you to the office/walk/park or wherever you go, by using one of many beautiful jars available on the market. Enjoy!

What you need:

  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange
  • 1avokado
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp of spirulina
  • 1 spoon of barley grass
  • 2 spoons of flax seeds
  • 2 glasses of water (or 1 glass of water and 1 glass of plant based mylk, like this one)

Mix all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
