Pineapple green bliss

I am starting to share all the types of “green monsters” smoothies I am preparing every day. It is perfect start to the day. You enjoy delicious fruity taste with quite a lot of green goodies in it. If you are new to green juices/ smoothies, it is better to start with more fruits than veggies, so you still enjoy sweeter taste. With the time, maybe you will decide to add more veggies. For me, it depends on the day. Sometimes, I really crave for something very sweet, sometimes I make it more a”dry” taste, with quite a lot of vegetables. Decide by yourself, find the way you like it the most and enjoy daily doze of vitamins and minerals!The great thing about all type of smoothies, especially the green one, it is such an easy way to include an extra portion of vegetables and fruits to your daily nutrition. Try it and you will not regret it.

What you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 2 slices of fresh pinneapple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • a handfull of spinach
  • a handful of kale
  • 2 spoons of linen seeds (or any other seeds you have. They contribute with oil, which is necessary for certain vitamins to absorb in our bodies)
  • 1 glass of plant based mylk if you dont use dairy products ( coconut, soya, almond- you can choose). If you use dairy products (I sometimes use natural yoghurt) than use 1 glass of yoghurt.
  • 2 glasses of water

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy it. Be happy you just provided your body with something healthy and good!
