- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- bunch of grapes
- bunch of spinach
- 1stick of green celery
- 1,5 glass of water
- seeds: add 1 tablespoon of each:flax seeds,hemp seeds, add 1 Brazilian nut and 2 tea spoons of barley grass
Blend everything and enjoy! You are ready to achieve your daily goals!
