Smoothie recipe: green goody jar with grapes

Ready to conquer the world or at least the day? It’s good to start your day healthy, with a proper breakfast. And smoothie full of veggies and fruits is always a perfect choice. Your body will be grateful and you will have the feeling that you treat yourself well.  Such a portion is a doze of vitamins, minerals and good fats. The hemp seeds which I added here, is a  source of concentrated balance of proteins, essential fats, vitamins and enzymes.


  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • bunch of grapes
  • bunch of spinach
  • 1stick of green celery
  • 1,5 glass of water
  • seeds: add 1 tablespoon of each:flax seeds,hemp seeds, add 1 Brazilian nut and 2 tea spoons of barley grass

Blend everything and enjoy! You are ready to achieve your daily goals!
