Wellness green cocktail with coconut water!

Ah this wellness green cocktail with coconut water. Gives me such a spring feel: these color, taste, and overall vibe! Love it.Smoothies are the cleverest and best thing ever! It is like a proper treat with love – super tasty but packed with energizing nutrients. A  guilt-free goody jar! And as you know from the blog, I am green smoothie addict, so here I share with you yet another recipe! Enjoy, try it and indulge in a big jar of vitamins, minerals and great taste! I have used the organic coconut water, which I lately discovered. I also buy young, fresh coconut- but it is always a challenge to open them, at least for me.


  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 fresh mango
  • 1  banana
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (can be home made)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tea spoon of coconut oil +1 big spoon of flax seeds
  • 1 cm of fresh turmeric root (you can use turmeric powder as well)

Blend everything until smooth and enjoy!
